Emergency Water Removal in Marion, KY — We Come to You Fast

"A pipe burst in our Marion home's basement at 11 p.m. on a Saturday. I was bracing for a long night of being on hold. COS Water Damage Restoration answered on the second ring, had a crew at my door in 52 minutes, and the standing water was completely out before 2 a.m. They stayed to set up the drying equipment and I woke up to a dehumidifier running and a dry basement floor. Absolutely excellent."

"A sump pump failure let in about 4 inches of water across our entire finished basement in Marion. I found it at 6 a.m. on a Monday. COS Water Damage Restoration was on site by 7:15, had the water out by 10, and the drying equipment running before I left for work. The moisture mapping showed water under our LVP flooring that would have become a mold problem if we hadn't caught it. Grateful for the thoroughness."

"What I appreciated most was the written estimate before anything started. Water emergencies make you feel like you're at someone's mercy — the upfront pricing from COS Water Damage Restoration took that feeling away completely. The Marion crew showed up fast, quoted fair, worked efficiently, and had every drop of water out of my laundry room, hallway, and two adjacent rooms before they staged drying equipment and left for the night."
